Who we are looking for

We are looking for lawyers with specialization or sound experience in the following areas of law:

• Company law: Support in setting up companies, structuring and legal support for companies in the UAE.
• Commercial law: Advice on commercial transactions, investments and compliance issues.
• Contract law: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts, both locally and internationally.
• Capital law: Expertise in the legal support of financing projects and capital measures.

You are the ideal addition to our team if you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Degree in law and admission to the bar in a recognized jurisdiction.
• Several years of professional experience in an international law firm or a comparable position, ideally with a focus on the above-mentioned areas of law.
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of economic relationships.
• Business fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, German or another language is an advantage.
• Team spirit, initiative and the ability to think entrepreneurially.

Your tasks at ICSL Dubai

As part of our team, you will take on responsible tasks in an international client structure:

• Legal advice to entrepreneurs, investors and private individuals on all matters relating to company formation, business activities and legal compliance in the UAE.
• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts and legal documents.
• Cooperation with international clients and authorities to develop customized solutions.
• Legal support for projects in the areas of corporate law, commercial law and capital law.
